Director and shareholder information with certified ID documents
NamRA tax clearance certificate and SSC good-standing certificate
CRAN application fee payment (confirm current fee at cran.na)
CRAN Class Licence (Broadcasting / Value-Added Services)
Content policy and programming schedule (for broadcasting licences)
Namibian content commitment as percentage of total broadcast hours
Transmitter specifications and coverage area for broadcast services
Value-added service description and technical platform details
