The Petroleum Products and Energy Act No. 13 of 1990 regulates the supply, distribution and pricing of petroleum products in Namibia. All importers, distributors and bulk traders of petroleum require licences from the Ministry of Mines and Energy. IBDFN holds the required approvals to legally supply and distribute petroleum products commercially across Namibia and into SADC markets.
